Welcome to our site.  My name is Kevin and my wife's name is Eunice.

We have been taking pictures for over 20 years now.  My first camera was a Yashica film camera I bought it second-hand with multiple lenses.  I learned the science of photography with this camera.  My next camera was a Canon Elan IIe film camera with a professional flash.  I was asked to photograph my first wedding with this camera.  That went well, and I did another...and another.  I would always take pictures, scan them into a computer, and then do special effects on them.  When digital cameras first came out, we bought one to see how it worked.  I was blown away with the sharpness of the images.  I decided to save up and buy a Canon 20D camera, a digital SLR camera, with professional flash.  I eventually bought a second 20D and flash.  My wife ended up working with me at weddings...which turned out to be a blessing.  She would help by going to the bride's room and photographing preparations while I would go to the groom's side.  She is often able to capture a moment that I would miss.  We worked for many years developing our skills.  We take pictures of couples, grads, and families.  We are still working to develop our skills in infant photography.  We enjoy what we do and feel that our work demonstrates this.

When we initially started taking pictures, we called ourselves "Flashback Photography".  This title remained with us throughout the years.  As Eunice developed her photography and editing skills, she began to gather a following on internet sites like Instagram and Twenty20.   She currently works under the name of "Burnning Bridges" (spelled correctly with two n's) and has over 10,000 followers.  "Burnning Bridges" stems from a song in her childhood memory and represents a pathway to the future with deep personal meaning.  We have decided to unite Flashback Photography and Burnning Bridges into one partnership.  Flashback Photography represents the "service and science" aspect of what we do, while Burnning Bridges represents the more "artistic and creative".  The best pictures are taken when both aspects work well together.  In other words, you can be artistic and creative, but if you do not understand the science, you will not be able to capture the best image...and vice versa.

Our current equipment includes the following:  Canon 5D Mark III camera, Canon 5D Mark II camera, Canon 20D camera (x2), Canon 580ex Flash Units (x2), Stroboframe Pro-RL flash brackets (x2), Canon 70-200/2.8 L lens, Sigma 24-70/2.8 IF EX DG lens, Sandisk Extreme 64GB CF cards (x2), Yongnuo wireless flash system, 2 light stands, diffusion umbrella, and Neewer softbox.  We use a BenQ 32 inch 4k calibrated monitor, the SW320,  for all editing.  We have the necessary equipment to photograph your event.  We always shoot in RAW format then process images in Photoshop.
